Relaxation by Alison Adams

Alison gave a talk about the importance of being relaxed and reducing tension in order to have a good day. This was followed by a short relaxation exercise which can be done at home.

A copy of the relaxation exercise has been uploaded to Clubrunner for members to download. You can find it in the club documents section. Please download it to your phone and for best results do this relaxation regularly, ideally during the day, rather than before bed.

For those of you who missed the meeting, all you need to do is make yourself comfortable on a bed or couch, close your eyes and press play. As you listen and repeat you will be guided into a relaxed state and then woken at the end, leaving you feeling refreshed and energised.
