PROJECTS
Firewood
There is plenty of firewood to be cut and Saturday 26th May was designated to cut some at Andrew's but this may be postponed. The opportunity has arose to help repaint Tautuku Lodge again, still to be confirmed which project we will be doing that Saturday.

Youth
$1500 donated to Peer Support was presented by Stu and a photo was in the Clutha Leader.

The club received a thank you letter from the SOHS Vietnam Tour group.

Dictionaries
Thanks to Chris M who has been delivering as well as funding a lot of the dictionaries to the Year 4 school students in our local area.

MEMBERSHIP
Daniel explains the application for funds process:
  • Rotary club members are the eyes and ears for the organisation to distribute funds where needed, so each Rotarian needs access to a copy of the form. If you are unsure where to find one, please ask.
  • Only written applications for funds are considered.
  • Rotarians can provide preliminary information to applicants then distribute the form to apply but make no promises.
  • Once completed, application form can be given to the originating Rotarian to pass on to directors or to the secretary.
The Application for Distribution of Club Funds form can be accessed at balclutharotary.club under the "About Us" tab click "Downloads" which is available to the public at any time.

The application form has been updated recently, but in case changes need to be done in the future, a word document version is also available to members under "Private Documents" after logging in to ClubRunner. This is also where to find other club documents such as a Membership Proposal Form and the Club Directory.
